Over three decades I have build an incredibly successful dance business and culture in Cork. There are others but none to match our reputation for excellence. Travelling the world to be trained by the best I build the business over multiple venues, training teachers to the highest standards in salsa, balroom and bachata styles. I have helped many of my teachers to go on and set up their own dance classes and spread the passion for dance that runs through my veins.
I have seen dance bring so much joy and benefit to students. It is such a creatively expressive activity, has great social confidence benefit and helps people build a circle of lifelong friends. For me dancing is my favorite activity when it comes to entering The Flow of Life. Whatever challenges my day brings, when I hit the dancefloor I enter the bright world of full self-expression, I see everyone drop their guards and be themselves, joyful and free. I see them become addicted to feeling whole-heartedly alive. Today I run dance classes, workshops and socials throughout Cork city and county. Classes cater for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. I love dance and I love teaching. The same goes for all of my team and this is the foundation upon which we built the business. I also offer one-on-one individual tuition for individuals or couples who want help to get the basics right before they hit the larger classes scene or to prepare for a special event.
